U.S. DoD officially recognizes US AutoLogistics in its support of Guard and Reserve

The Texas office of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), the lead DoD program that promotes civilian employers, paid a visit to US AutoLogistics.

US AutoLogistics, the premier auto transport provider, was recognized by the U.S. Department of Defense as a civilian company that actively supports the brave men and women of the National Guard and Reserve forces, during a presentation at USAL's headquarters on Thursday, June 30, 2022.


George Nami, ombudsman director, of the Texas office of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) presided over the formal presentation.


US AutoLogistics President Gary Cole and DoD Secretary Lloyd Austin signed the formal pledge acknowledging the organization's commitment.


Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) is the lead U.S. Defense Department program promoting cooperation and understanding between civilian employers and their National Guard and Reserve employees. Established in 1972, ESGR operates within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs.

ESGR's mission is to gain and sustain the active support of America's employers for the men and women serving in the Guard and Reserve by increasing awareness of federal and state laws, promoting compliance through education, recognizing supportive employers with an awards program, providing informal mediation services to resolve disputes related to an employee's military service obligation, and aid Guard and Reservists in obtaining career employment opportunities.
